have to agree with Muzza22 that this is possibly just the thing needed to get the zinc price moving again.
It may speed up some of those patient buyers of zinc and get them back into the market.

Its not unlike the oil pipeline of Mobil (i think) when they were going to have to shut it down, the price of oil went up so much that it was going to be positive for earnings.
