This happens all the time. Why pay some exec bucketloads for pathetic performance when they could get someone from Centrelink for the same result for a fraction the cost. Couldn't be any worse. Shareholders are constaintly treated like mushrooms. They must crack up at boardroom meetings about us constaintly falling for their spin while they can't keep their heads out of the trough. This is a major reason why I never do SPPs or cap raisings. I have little respect for most management especially mining coy management.
