1M is a total joke for a company struggling, luckily they have us to pay for it.
They need to issue 20,000,000 new shares for the 1M alone.

It's as if the board lets the CEO of the day dictate their terms. Perry with his 600k safety net and Broad with his hefty pay packet.

A while ago we needed a new CEO to steer the ship. The information about Broad is thin.
For example i have no idea of his qualifications.
Does anyone know?

Normally if runs are being hit, it really doesn't matter, however they are paying top dollar for little in the way of performance, and could all be on the back of a year 10 qualification.

My early guess was ex geo or civil engineer, however that makes too much sense.
Does anyone know about his qualifications, as a few on here have chatted with him.
