    Nothing new atm, shrewd investors hold 36 % of this company HNG, HHL, SOE & CIX itself plan to buy shares in it's self as an investment with $ 17 mil in unallocated capital or surples funds, This isn't a 5 minute investment more a long term investment good for income when they are paying a dividend.
