    Yes I noticed this as well Jake.

    A LLC shareholder "whitewash".

    I find it irritable that he also refers to the "indpendent directors of LLP".

    The aren't "independent" and they certainly aren't "directors".

    After all the essential role of a director is to "direct".

    These guys couldn't direct a party of sailors to a brewery!

    I have voted NO.
