This is a good announcement.
It signal not only to internal staff but highlight to investors too, that the problem has been identified and a workable solution has been implemented.
When I read about the handful of senior staff leaving the company, I knew it will be hard for Carl but as a capable CEO - I gave him 6 - 9 months to find good replacement staff.
In his internal address to staff " I am currently in the process of selecting a number of people to join our company in senior executive positions. We are also in the process of adding seasoned and experienced independent Directors to our Board." I believe this is great news, as starting from now on - it will be his people working with him to improve the culture of the business and profitability of the business. He has done this in a shorter timeframe then I had expected.
Now - I am not sure why there is still a strong selling pressure on the stock.
What other bad news have I missed out on, that is driving this stock price down?
