Years ago when I was living in Sydney I knew a greengrocer who had a busy shop in Bondi.... I asked him, how come you make so much money from selling fruit and Veggies?
He rubbed his hands and said it's not from the veggies mate it's from something else... I asked what drugs? He said neigh.... mate I short change most customers few bucks if they notice... I say sorry... if not... I pocket it...most don't care and I make 200 bucks a day on the side... He's passed now so I'm not going to call him names here.... but since then I always check my change and my bills and you would not believe how much money I saved in the last 15 years.
We should not give these smart ass cheats satisfaction.. It's not only Optus.... majority of companies and business rip off customers.... They just can't shake off... that Convict culture.... And watchdogs are most of the time asleep...
