Thinking about taking what are now 'small' profits and investing in companies where CEO's value their loyal shareholders.

Firstly, I was disgusted when the CEO sold shares whereby on 6/09/2023 - a 3Y was released outlining that the CEO had sold down shares and the timing of the release was at 3pm. The next morning on 7/9/2023, Audinate went into a trading halt at 9am. It was disclosed that Aiden Williams, sold down almost 53,000 shares at $13.66. 15 hours later, a cap raise was announced at $13.00 per share.

Ad8 were issued with a please explain, to which the company Secretary Rob Goss, responded by saying that the late lodgement of the 3Y was an "administrative oversight". The ASX's compliance division being the toothless tiger that it is, took no action.

Aiden Williams hasn't purchased any shares. All of his shares are "issued" or "exercising the conversion of securities"

Whilst the CEO was selling shares just prior to the announcement of a trading halt (and failing to disclose the transaction as per the requirements under ASX listing rule(s) 3.19A & 3.19B) - The Directors of the company participated in the SPP. Strangely enough, the CEO took no part in the SPP. However, less than 3 weeks later, the CEO was "issued" 47,059 shares worth a cool $636k.

Fast forward to today and the "early release" of unaudited results. What the hell were AD8 thinking releasing these results directly after the meltdown in the U.S. and Asia? Say what you will about the actual results, but it now adds weight to the suspect departure of the CFO.

What exactly are AD8 doing with the $70m raised earlier this year?

Why did AD8 choose to go down this path today? What pushed them and who made the call to release the unaudited numbers in such a knee jerk reaction?

Aiden Williams, please explain. Because one thing is for sure...come the next AGM, it won't be a hybrid and shareholders will have zero hope of getting their questions addressed.
