that's fair - but doesn't explain how they can now confidently forecast revenues 18 months into the future (FY26 forecasting revenue growth), but were selling shares hand over fist 3 months before this huge downgrade. i struggle to believe the board/management had no conversations with OEMs that would have hinted at an order slowdown in a few months time.
they've essentially guaranteed that anytime any insider sells stock in future there is going to be a lot of the market following them
