@dbd25 As you said yourself, it sends a clear message to holders. And if it was so clear, I wonder how many people took it for what it was... so perhaps the signs were already if you weren't driving with tinted glasses on.
Not bashing the company or anyone, but I don't fault management for selling their shares. They know the company best, and timed it perfectly and everyone was well aware management were lightening up their pockets for cash.
