Company revises downward their 2015 forecast by about 35% and the sp drops by only 16%?
Suggests to me that either (a) market had already factored in a downward revision or (b) given the company seems to have abandoned the "large acquisition" they were looking at they are using the funds earmarked for same and have activated their share buyback plan.
My guess is the latter and we will know tomorrow.
