None of my post imply to sell but instead it says the management sold shares at heavily discounted price after the success of FDA approval and they are responsible for the shit show of the share price clearly evident on the market in my opinion.

Current, Chairman is in the job since last 8 and share price actions including recent performance shows whether shareholder should keep him in job or not.

Neither Chairman or CEO has any education background in medical device industry. They both has finance background. As a matter of fact none of the board member had engineer or science background .. all are account or commerce background except one whose qualification not written on company website as well as on Linked.

Look at PNV, change in CEO the company turnaround started and sales figure growing since new CEO took over.

If anyone making stupid comment and scarring people are the one who don't hold a share.
