It is very odd that we still do not have paperwork for the general meeting, if we do not get this by tomorrow we will miss the latest timetable for the deal that they published last week. It would suggest that there is still a problem ensuring they have the votes to get the CR through and the terms probably change again.
If has been suggested Richmond are opposed to the CR, their recent increase in shareholding will complicate the boards maths even further.
