I have just googled Anthony Poiner (current HYO CEO) and Rob Clarke (current HYO chairman) and see that there involved and have been involved in various businesses together (apart from Hyro) for quite a while. I really hope there was a FORMAL and widespread CEO search after Mr Votsaris's departure Mr Clarke? 450k a year (plus a 4 month exit fee when you knew you were on the verge of selling the business) for a CEO with no digital services experience and a company losing money seems alot to pay for me? Unless your just looking after your mate?
This all smells fishy the sooner this disfunctial board exits the better
I really feel like there are some personal agendas at hand here!
