    Even if he wanted to delist he would still have to buy out all shareholders so it wouldn't be a problem would it?

    Can't see him wanting to delist, personally. Companies do buy backs when they think their company is the best possible investment prospect for the immediate future so I thought it was a good thing? Isn't it?
