I think you are probably right, that he wouldn't do it, but it is always a risk when you have a company built around one individual. The answer to your question though is yes he would have to buy out all shareholders. The question though is at what price?

I see the price has got a rise over the last 2 days on pretty thin volume. It would be good to see this stock get a move on. I am also interested to see what their end of year divi will be.
