Yeah perhaps it’s a blackout period, but he hasn’t purchased for years, even as a NED. That troubles me a bit, having said that, RAN is slowly making progress, just longer than we mere mortals expected it to be, yet the previous management left the company in disarray and they were always going to go backwards before going forwards (losing customers who were paying below cost), and generating a new customer base.

To borrow a phrase used elsewhere (slightly tweaked for tense purposes), I’d like to be able to say in the near term that “we RAN like we stole it”.
