Redmann held 99000 per Remuneration Report section of 2020 Annual Report. That is 1-2Million over recent range of share prices. Simply Wall Street provides very good tool to look into Insider Sales and Purchases of shares.
His total remuneration was over 2 million.
The more shares the better IMHO so that they earn more from dividends etc than they do from Fixed remuneration. Still, it is a market so you have to get someone to take on the role. I was unimpressed with Vesey, now back in US.
