It is not the salary that is the concern, it is the number of options tiggered at such a low price.
Thats not an incentive. Its a lets only think about us and screw the shareholders.
These directors are only think about themselves. They probably all have a slice of these massive number of options. With the likes of John Jones as part of the company, what do you expect?
