With all the recent announcement's, executive level departures temporary and full time recruitment even blind Freddy would know something extremely positive is on the horizon.
Any shareholder major or minor would be leaving substantial gains on the table selling at current prices so I would be surprised if Mark Armstrong was to sell down further.
His previous sell down was to fund future opportunities, ie injecting personal cash flow until a change in share price fortunes imo.
