"One formulation was a stand-out, carrying TRXE-009 into the brain at levels that suggested an ability to deliver a cytotoxic effect on cancer cells. It also delivered a powerful anti-cancer effect on
the growth of the human cancer".

The announcement did not spell out the extent of the anti-cancer effect, but it must have been good enough to justify human trials.

My guess is that the company will release animal data once it matures.
