SOA was most potentially " disruptive " recent event. CEO at time made explicit comment that dealing with SOA was not and had not distracted company officers from progressing company business.

Chair at time of SOA also made explicit similar comment. He subsequently resigned and no disruption to company activities resulted.

Previous CEO departure timing initiated at short notice by Chair to best coincide with shifting company development phase change did not obstruct company momentum.

Confirmation of absence of negative impacts following change is in Chairs comments and subsequently in new CEO comments.

Chair at time of SOA subsequently replaced by Martin Kriewaldt who recently left suddenly without notice or explanation to owner / shareholders. Martins sudden unsignalled departure has not interrupted company activities as evidenced by last weeks publication of preliminary activities plan 2020.

Unsubstantiated claim change initiated by owner / shareholders now at CTP would damage company has no basis in evidence.

In consequence of CEO, CHAIR, BOARD continuing repudiation of owner / shareholders it is urgent, essential, smart, constructive, to :

vote AGAINST remuneration report, AGAINST Board re-elections, FOR spill motion.
