Yes have to agree about the likely hood of a positive
bulliten regarding MPM program though perhaps not likely to including the further contract(s) hoped for this soon.
MST would likely follow this up with offer of discount buying in for existing share holders to raise a smaller portion of needed capital with remainder sourced from sophisticated large financier...........and indeed the dilution goes on & on & on......
Sad thing for those who have over commited themselves is that the only way of keeping ahead of the dilution factor is to buy in more deeply to save some value to existing holding...........damned if you do & damned if you don't
