I have been a shareholder for only a short time.

Here's my thinking (including my analysis when buying). MST was in the, very expensive, last phases of commercialisation. IF THE PRODUCT WAS EVER GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL, the next year or so would show the results. But they were running out of cash. The fact that some investors were prepared to back the company (after the Phillipine Fiasco - PF), albeit at nice prices, reflected well that MST was going to get over the finishing line and was the impetus for my buying. (Let's face it, after the PF, MST was taking it's last dying breath before a couple of investors put in cash)

Now I was influenced by the, understandable, negativism of some LT holders who felt their company was in a death kneel and I was directly influenced by them, waiting for lower prices to get the large proportion of my holding. I guess I should thank them for talking the stock down for me. I bought some at 0.7c, so "Thanks again". I do not have as much lost (at this point) as have they. So I guess I am a little less bitter. Having said that, I was/am prepared to dust the lot, if it came to that. For heavens sake MST's a tech company with no significant sales or product, yet. What were they thinking? This stuff alwakes takes longer and costs more than anyone ever thought.

I also empathise with the call for existing (whether LT or ST) to be able to get access to a good deal, such as a rights offer. I agree. But then you've gotta take it up! I see a lot of people saying "I won't invest any more after the SPP". Well, those people should keep quiet about the SIs receiving stock at discounted prices. They take the risk (and I don't agree with the pricing methodolgy which has been driving the price lower) and so should be incentivised. As I've said before on this blog, if you don't think it's fair, call up Lee and I am sure he'll be happy to give you the same deal if you have $100k+ to put in.....otherwise stop being such whingers.

Hopefully its upwards an onwards from here!!
