I see another poster on another thread (arvet) is also saying the same as I am, that this change wasn't done on a whim, but more likely because they were asked to, it wasn't hard to see that this change was required, and I said similar back in June this year after seeing the clip of Lee Finear firing the 3GL, this is part of what he says and he would know because he came from a procurement background in the US-:
I don't remember reading previously of the Bullpup configuration. Am I alone in that? I raise that because MST isn't being operated as someone's hobby, and there are no funds available for exploring "good ideas." Thus, a (potential) customer must have requested or--more likely--directed the devlopment of Bullpup.
No agency would do such a thing without having previously determined that it WILL purchase GL3. Please bring me back on course if I'm assuming in the wrong direction.
