Hi all, Just hoping someone can confirm that if the CEO of an ASX listed is not a director of the same company then they do NOT have to lodge 3Y statements re trading in the companies shares ? I have been told its only people who are listed as directors in the company that need to lodge 3Y disclosures. If this is the case it seems like a rather large gap in the regulations.
