    This is a common misinterpretation. Any price sensitive information must be disclosed to the market immediately it is known. A director trading on market says nothing about the timing of any price sensitive information becoming available to them. It simply confirms the status quo – that no sensitive information is currently available to be released. That situation holds for every day that an announcement is not released.
