Great news - This morning, Erik (IR) has relayed this statement from the company; in response to my enquiry regarding the CEO job link.
The official company response:
“The posting is a part of Ben's application to obtain permanent residency in Canada. Ben is the CEO of Zyber Holdings (Australia) but we cannot represent him as CEO of Zyber Canada until we post the job for 4 weeks and fail to find a Canadian for the job.”
I think this serves as a lesson to the collective on HC to seek appropriate answers from the company before openly declaring dire straits - but also an important lesson to the company about proactively managing investor comunications and sentiment.
Onwards and upwards from here, hopefully a full market update this week.
