Good point, I was under impression it was 3 year contract, but looking back at it, it was not, rather the incentive structure was over 3 years.

The notice period now is 4.5 months (after 3 years).

It's quite telling that the two senior guys (Mencel and his mate from Ronphos) got paid $1.4mln together for 2023, despite continously shifting targets.

Not sure why we need both of them for a single operation...
