The recent board prior to AGM have already flagged something happening with Cannvalate - its in black and white.

They appointed someone to oversee the operation. Divisional Manager 1 June - 1st FLAG
Alan and Lou step down via AGM and new appt from Cannvalate 2nd Aug - 2nd FLAG.
New Cannvalate director not getting compensated as a deal with him and Cannvalate ...to be agreed - 3rd FLAG.

So from those 3 flags i am assuming something will happen with Cannvalate in the coming weeks

I can always be wrong.

But i assume CEO and COO have been very involved in the process with the previous board and will get rewarded if something happens.

I can always be wrong.

And if its right then the price may or may not go up - it could all be factored in.
