    Yes it smacks of conflict of interest and he should now disqualify himself from and future decision making, possibly be suspended from his position

    Just hope it hasn't clouded his judgement on possible alternative scenarios or buyers.

    I guess though he had no choice. Ho couldn't stay at future OZL and had an opening at MM.
