Amigo, maybe BPL's plan all along was to off-load 100% of the cobalt and just collect the 2% net smelter royalty? They missed out on $7.5 million from COB (which the contract said they would get when COB reached 100%). However, you win some and you lose some. Now the whole cost of the cobalt project (exploration, CAPEX and OPEX) has been transferred to COB. SO, wasn't it BPL's end game after all? My complaint is that there seems to have been almost zero exploration by BPL in the last year. That is why I am calling on Trangie and his mates to do meaningful exploration which aims to produce a resource assessment at the tenements around Broken Hill as well as the Heavy metal tenements. BPL has $1.3 mil in the biscuit tin at the end of the last quarter - don't waste it on your office and padded contracts.
