Well you'd have thought the board of BPL [ and for that matter COB ]would know that the are arguing over something worth zip,today., ...At the current price of cobalt ie 14cents a lb versus the price used by COB in the PFS of over 30 cents a lb the project is not a goer or even close . it should be shut down and no more money wasted on it or the lawyers.
it beggers the mind to understand why the MD who you say is so good is wasting money on dIsputes and legal fees and not promoting their mineral sands assets which are first class and one of the largest holdings in australia
Until BPL start promoting their mineral sands and stop focussing and whinging about COB and their so called equity there going to have a hard time raising money even from true believers . markets hate disputes
