I didn't get notification about the deletion.
Anyway, the idea is the tender offer is still in progress and the administration is to delist SWW from ASX and find a way to pay the liabilities. The LincolnHill Partners is still private and to be listed on OTC.BB by the end of May.
It looks US public are going to pay some money to Australian SWW shareholders.
