CEO needs to come out now and apologise to shareholders and explain how this was allowed to occur. And tell us all why they needed to follow this route and outline why we should support the company which has failed its holders and is simply unable to secure meaningful partnerships. My bet though is he won't based on the governance we have witnessed to date.
