One thing I do agree with dolce on, is his sentiment: buy. The way this stock is tanking (-15% overnight) either the Yanks know something we don't about the science (and I don't see any evidence for that) or somebody big wants this real bad.
Some around here like to think that MacBank was manipulating the SP on the ASX. We are now seeing how this is done in the real world. MSB on the ASX had a reasonable MC, on NASDAQ, its a penny stock.
I'm starting to think the move to NASDAQ was not only naive, it was driven by ego. That management thinking went something like this:
NASDAQ is a mature market. The Americans will look at MESO and think: "My God, those Aussies don't know what they've got here, this company is amazing."
Guess what, MSB management, that's exactly what they thought. Unfortunately in your naivety you didn't realize that their next thought was: "What's more, we can get it soooooo cheap".
