I think you will find that BOK is at 5-6+ days a week and consistently has 12 hour+ days.

He is well and truly aligned with shareholders here and he has backed this up with the folding stuff and unwavering support when most other 'salaried' managers would have taken the easy route and diluted existing holders into oblivion.

I also have a "test" for CEO's and senior management of early stage micro-caps when I meet them and that is where they sit on a plane for long haul travel and what 'ticket class price' the company pays ?

I never like to see the company paying List Price for a Business Class seat and I am happy if it is Premium Economy and even happier if Cattle Class. It is then up to to the executive to use their own FF points to secure an upgrade.
