what about hiding imformation about the processing of the material with its problems and not announcing it, thus causing the share price slide insiders new, thats why we are at this level,directors are guilty of not disclosing this imformation,so they all step down to hide their guilt and the small shareholder gets screwed again,who pays for thier incomptence,they should be able to be sued but the law protects them,it does not only apply to aru there are many asx listed companies in the same position all costing shareholders there money
