i'm assuming a contract with a Chinese IVD is a serious piece of legal work... courts of arbitration need to be picked etc... the negotiations would be quite detailed and delicate, especially if Geoff's contact has to keep going back to the Chinese IVD board...
So it could just be a visit to shore some details up.
The interesting thing is that Geoff seems to love to drop hints, knowing it would not have been lost on TV.
