    You are absolutely correct that many of Wisetech's purchases were to gain "technology" about how to do something vs re-inventing the wheel. I am sure they would have been happy to retain the customers and switch them to Cargowise but I think that was an unrealistic goal. Nearly all the companies they purchased mostly served the local clients - who truly aren't a good market for Cargowise.

    Cargowise is set up to allow a large company a global view and a global system. This means it's not as efficient or easy to use in every situation - but from a global management position of the companies they server they don't care about that.

    I believe large company spend has some growth yet - until they again start building their own systems.
