The vaccine is already developed.
In the interview Fran asks how long to scale up. The response was that it can take a long time to procue the equipment required. Not even a commitment of a few weeks to couple of months.
Would a safe bet be 6 to 12 months to procure equipment?
Phase 1 trial is to be done on already vaccinated people. The main purpose of Phase 1 trial is to test the safety.
