my appologise, i was always a bit unsue about the converitable notes , especially the conversion rates and had assumed that they could be converted when required.
Other than that, i believe if or when they enter into the strategic parnership it will remove the shareholder fear of a cap raise and increase our ability for RND and hopefully get things moving in full swing
