    if exercised at a nominal $25 (and my maths are right), the $13848000 equates to about 500 000 shares. Dilution yes, however, in the big picture (and a current share base of 17 million shares), its not the end of the world.

    Not advice, just my 2c ($20 post consolidation) worth.
