I mentioned before that in my discussion with the Evolution Capital analyst she expressed that she really thinks a buyout will happen even though she had no specific info on it. She also seemed to think that it would happen before we even get to Nasdaq, even after I stated that I expect the uplist to happen early next year. A buyout that soon seems very unlikely to me but we'll see. These next 6 months should be very eventful one way or another and I'm excited to see how things unfold.

Buyout offers could likely come if the Breakthrough Device designation approval is granted by the FDA.

A breakthrough device designation means our device “offers significant advantages over Existing Approved or Cleared Alternatives”. This doesn’t play well for the incumbents.

Hopefully we can secure that approval soon.
