I mentioned before that in my discussion with the Evolution Capital analyst she expressed that she really thinks a buyout will happen even though she had no specific info on it. She also seemed to think that it would happen before we even get to Nasdaq, even after I stated that I expect the uplist to happen early next year. A buyout that soon seems very unlikely to me but we'll see. These next 6 months should be very eventful one way or another and I'm excited to see how things unfold.

As at 30 June 2022 Anteris had a put option with Mercer to raise additional capital but it would need to be exercised before January 2023 -
