Nouveau Monde website states they also recently (this month) signed a binding offtake with Panasonic but for 18,000 tpa of natural graphite for 7 years. The planned Canadian site will have good ESG credentials. Panasonic are also looking to invest directly to help with financing. It is reasonable to assume Panasonic would also consider direct investment with Novonix if required, which would be better than a normal capital raise or commercial loan.
