Only you can answer that as no one knows your personal circumstances.

But I would suggest you look back at the reason you bought in at the first place. Was it fundamentals based on your due diligence of the company, its merits, and its prospects following the announcement of the Zolpimist approval?

Or was it a day trade based on the increase in price and turnover with little investigation into the company you are buying into?

If the former, then hopefully you feel comfortable with your investment.

If the latter, then Im sure you dont need me to tell you about the risks of becoming an owner in a company you know little about. But you can certainly acquire that knowledge to make a more informed decision.

But the good news is that each and every day we have a decision to make. Do we buy hold or sell.
