I agree - you need a MD with the foot on the accelerator and not delay trial designs - someone slick in my mind could prop this up - Bill could work on his networks to help set up deals - Bill has worked within the pharma space not driven a company for licensing. Bill is slow methodical, but being overly cautious can be a limiting factor and is likely why things remain super slow - waiting for slow responses from advisory board members to confirm targets, some of the board members are equally conservative like Bill. It is not about sales but growing the share price through good investment networks so investors are not diluted - there will never be direct sales from this company it will be a series of licensing deals or an acquisition. I say this as to build up a sales force is cost prohibitive. The levels met with cap raising speaks for itself.

The market would have been excited with a COVID target back in May/ June, normative aging memory enhancer, surgical stress, hospital delirium are all big markets.
