in regards to expenses, you would think a CR will be done around Aug/Sept, you would also think at similar funding levels to the last one.
so much for the ‘minimal’ dilution spiel, the sp is doing the Co no favours at these levels in regards to minimising dilution, this Co has certainly made a decent rod for its back.
’Wayne believes the share price hasn’t caught up with the positive feelings and expectations…’ comment, …. whose positive feelings and expectations?, what the heck does that even mean. The Co set up any number of expectations that were NOT met despite 3 years of CRs in the interim and the advancement of the IP.
how can a sp of sub $7 ‘generate’ any semblance of ‘positive’ feelings when the Co internal valuation was said to be 4 times plus the current sp three years ago.
the positive feelings and expectations will come when it is warranted.
