I don't know enough about the markets to know exactly how to read this, but I get sick and tired of battling market manipulations and insider tradings (ASX speeding tickets are a joke), and this sounds fishy to me .... what is the Director of a Securities Company like Patersons doing telling his brokers to promote stock in a company in which he is the CEO - and especially having them issue a BUY recommendation the day prior to a Diggers and Drillers report forthcoming which is OBVIOUSLY going to send the SP through the roof - as all those reports do. Sounds pretty close to what I understand Insider Trading to be?

Shouldn't the ASX and ASIC, be made aware of this?
Should Mark Jones be sent a 'please explain'?

Or am I misinformed and just barking up the wrong tree here. If so, my apologies.
